JOINT BASE ANACOSTIA-BOLLING, Washington - U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Kelvin Thomas, 316th Medical Squadron noncommissioned officer in charge of immunizations, administers the Moderna COVID-19 vaccination to U.S. Air Force Lt. General Dorothy A. Hogg, U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force Surgeon General, at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington D.C., Jan. 6, 2021. As initial quantities of the vaccine are limited, medical, fire department and security forces professionals are the first at JBAB to be offered the vaccine in line with the Department of Defense phased prioritization plan.
