JOINT BASE ANACOSTIA-BOLLING, Washington, D.C.--The 794th Communications Squadron recently stood up its first FixIT helpdesk at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, Washington, D.C. The new facility will improve customer experience by providing a 24/7 helpdesk to assist members with troubleshooting technical concerns and directly issue government electronics and accessories to users.
