Joint Base Anacostia Bolling - Members of the 11th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) Requirements and Optimizations (R&O) team stand outside the 11th Wing headquarters building at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington D.C., April 6, 2021. The 11th CES R&O team is made up of 16 members to include Airmen, Air Force civilians and one U.S. Navy officer.
