JOINT BASE ANACOSTIA-BOLLING, Washington, D.C. - A contractor from Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C., installs a sheet of light-emitting diodes in one of five individual star points at the base of the U.S. Air Memorial in Washington, D.C. on April 29, 2024.
