JBAB kicks off holiday season with annual tree lighting

The U.S. Air Force’s 11th Wing leadership and members of the 11th Military Personnel Flight gather during a Stripes for Exceptional Performers promotion ceremony for U.S Air Force Tech. Sgt. Tomarra Woods, the noncommissioned officer in charge of outbound assignments with the 11th MPF, on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C., Nov. 25, 2025. Woods attained the rank of technical sergeant through the STEP program that rewards outstanding Airmen for exceptional performance with a special and limited promotion to the ranks of staff sergeant, technical sergeant or master sergeant.
