For Personally Procured Moves (PPM) please follow instructions linked here

Outbound Members:
Please visit , and log onto the Defense Personal Property System (DPS) for self-guided shipment applications. All shipment applications require valid orders. Follow the screen prompts to input orders information, shipment pick-up location, destination, desired pick-up date and then submit your application to our office for processing. Retiree’s, separatee’s, and first-time movers MUST schedule a briefing with TMO (Tues/Thurs at 1000).

To file a claim of loss or damaged items, you will have 180 days from the date of delivery. Claims must be filed within the Defense Personal Property System (DPS), accessed through 

To schedule delivery of household goods (HHG) or unaccompanied baggage (UB) from Storage In-Transit (SIT) please contact your moving company directly. For Non-Temporary Storage (NTS) release, please e-mail us with your orders and the physical address of where your items are being stored.
