transportation office is available to provide guidance on your entitlements and support
with shipping your personal property.

Inbound Members:
For Personally Procured Moves (PPM) please follow instructions linked here


Outbound Members:
Please visit https://www.militaryonesource.mil/moving-house/moving/pcs-and-military-moves/ , and log onto the Defense Personal Property System (DPS) for self-guided shipment applications. All shipment applications require valid orders. Follow the screen prompts to input orders information, shipment pick-up location, destination, desired pick-up date and then submit your application to our office for processing. Retiree’s, separatee’s, and first-time movers MUST schedule a briefing with TMO (Tues/Thurs at 1000).

CLAIMS/STORAGE

To file a claim of loss or damaged items, you will have 180 days from the date of delivery. Claims must be filed within the Defense Personal Property System (DPS), accessed through https://www.militaryonesource.mil/moving-house/moving/pcs-and-military-moves/ 

To schedule delivery of household goods (HHG) or unaccompanied baggage (UB) from Storage In-Transit (SIT) please contact your moving company directly. For Non-Temporary Storage (NTS) release, please e-mail us with your orders and the physical address of where your items are being stored.
