JOINT BASE ANACOSTIA-BOLLING, Washington, D.C. –
The Washington Wizards hosted a Hoops for Troops youth basketball clinic at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C., Jan. 23, 2026. Hoops for Troops is an NBA program that is dedicated to honoring service members, veterans and their families by supporting military communities with base visits, youth basketball clinics and in-game honors. During the clinic, more than 30 children learned and improved on shooting, passing, dribbling and defense techniques from trainers.
