JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. - U.S. Air Force Maj. Daniel A. DeVoe, commander of the Air Force District of Washington and the 320th Air Expeditionary Wing, briefs Air Force and Space Force service members participating in the 60th Presidential Inauguration at Joint Base Andrews, Md., Jan. 10, 2025. Military participation in presidential inaugurations is a centuries-old tradition in which the U.S. Armed Forces celebrate democracy and honor the new commander in chief.
