JOINT BASE ANACOSTIA-BOLLING, Washington, D.C. - Retired U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Dr. Craig Jessop, professor of choral conducting at Utah State University, engages with the audience while conducting the U.S. Air Force Band at the Newel and Jean Daines Concert Hall in Logan, Utah, March 25, 2025. Jessup served as the commander and director of the Singing Sergeants in Washington, D.C. for eight of his 16 years in the Air Force. The biannual tour served the band’s mission to honor those who have served, inspire patriotism, and connect with communities.
