June 30, 2020 — The 11th Wing commander hosted a ceremony encompassing four assumptions of command at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington D.C., June 26, 2020. The 11th Wing hosted the ceremony to officially activate the 11th Comptroller Squadron, 11th Contracting Squadron, 11th Civil Engineer Squadron and 11th Security Forces Squadron. JBAB reduces health protection condition to BRAVO, plans to reopen some services
June 29, 2020 — Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling is decreasing the Health Protection Condition for the installation from CHARLIE to BRAVO effective June 29. To lower the risk to the JBAB Team, many facilities on the installation have been closed for more than two months. Some JBAB facilities will reopen as they are determined to be able to do so safely.
