Employee-vehicle Certification and Reporting System
June 14, 2023 — Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling will begin participation in the Air Force Vehicle Self-Certification Program designed to demonstrate compliance with 42 USC 7418 Control of Pollution from Federal Facilities, the Clean Air Act Section 118(d) which governs emission from personally owned vehicles driven on Federal Installations, and AFMAN 32-7002 Environmental Compliance and Pollution Prevention, Para. 4.5.3. The program requires all military and government civilian personnel to certify compliance for their personally owned vehicles (POVs).
